An entrepreneur at heart, Mr. Rajeev Reddy, is the mind behind founding the multi-crore leisure hospitality conglomerate that is Country Club. As the acting Chairman and Managing Director of Country Club, he leaves no stone unturned to that his company reaches new heights everyday.
His is the story of true, unmatched entrepreneurship, a story of having a vision and having persevered to achieve it. A graduate in commerce, he decided to rummage through the rocky terrains of real-estate and construction at the young age of 21. With minimum capital, Mr. Reddy established a real-estate company in 1981 named Amrutha Estates after his mother. Ever since, he has fabricated over 38 prestigious real-estate projects in both Bangalore and Hyderabad.
With a realisation that it is challenging for lay men to acquire membership of social clubs, Mr. Reddy was struck with the idea of establishing affordable clubbing facilities that welcomed one and all. In 1989, he made his ace move of launching the first Country Club in Hyderabad, which today stands as one of the city’s most prestigious landmarks. An ardent believer in active endorsement, he has been the face of the company ever since its inception.
The tough gun that he is, Mr. Rajeev Reddy also has a lighter side. He is a fitness enthusiast and a champion in tennis, having once represented his state. His love for adventure allows him to enjoy swimming, skydiving, paragliding, river rafting and scuba diving.

Mr. Y. Siddharth Reddy is a born leader who was acknowledged as being the youngest CEO of a public limited company in the corporate India circuit, at the young age of 22. Having inherited superiorentrepreneurial qualities, he is self motivated, assertive and goal driven, and has exhilarated a new phase of growth and development for Country Club.
Amongst other accolades, he is to be applauded for building a sound communication platform, creating strategic alliances, developing opportunities beyond promised deliverables and expanding the sheer network strength, via franchisee route for Country Club. A finance professional be education, he has acquired his knowledge base from some of the most reputed universities, namely Pennsylvania State University, University of Texas at Austin and none other than Harvard University.
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Y. Varun Reddy’s journey with Country Club began in 2006, and his dynamism and ficus was a welcome addition to the management. The holder of a double major in Economics and Communication from Rutgers University, he has been responsible for many firsts at the Country Club.
Being a part of an actively entrepreneurial family, Mr. Varun Reddy finds pleasure in working with individuals who think and work radically. He drives everyone at Country Club with his innovation and speed. The rapid expansion of Fitness Centres and marketing offices across India and the Middle East has been fired by his sheer enthusiasm. A keen marketer with a pulse for fresh ideas, he is instrumental in establishing new milestones and business modules for the organisation.
An adventurous spirit, Mr. Varun Reddy is a globe trotter who has backpacked across Europe, Australia, New Zealand and South America. He also has a passion for flying and is a qualified Private Pilot from Princeton Flying School.
