Global Tiger Patrol has been working to conserve the tigers in the wild since 1989, concentrating its work in India. Funds are spent on scientific research, anti-poaching equipments and for initiatives between communities, tourism and conservation. Global Tiger Patrol provides equipment such as binoculars, jeeps, jungle equipments and training for the forest staff.  TOFT helps empower local communities to become involved in wildlife tourism projects and initiate low impact and sustainable development which helps conserves the parks and benefits the communities through employment and business opportunities.
